I am a multidisciplinary artist and filmmaker working at the junction between art, education and curation. My practice is social and often stems from a period of time in one place with people. I use photography, moving image, text, sound and walking as part of my practice to establish dialogue and debate.

I like to explore different approaches to art making leading to unlikely creative collaborations and have an interest in art practices that question our perception of ‘community’ and social space.

I currently work as an artist educator and participation specialist within the arts and cultural sector. I am artistic director of Quiet Down There, a community interest company, specialising in creative participation and audience development. I also work with Project Art Works, an organisation that supports and promotes the visibility and participation of individuals with complex support needs in the cultural and civic landscape.

I have taught multimedia arts and managed creative programmes for over 5 years in post-compulsory education for 16-19 year olds across East Sussex. Alongside my work in education, I work with performance and arts initiative Bouffant Collective as a filmmaker and regularly collaborate with artists on the Anti-Ghost Moon Ray record label.
